Rates as of January 1, 2012

Basic Rates -

• $1150/ week, No additional charge for cleaning
• $175/night, plus cleaning fee of $125/stay
• Security deposit of $250

Deluxe Rental Package -

• $1650/ week includes a welcome gift and use of 10 person pontoon and 2 kayaks.  No additional charge for cleaning.
• $275/day plus cleaning fee of $125/stay. Includes a welcome gift and use of 10 person pontoon and 2 kayaks.
• Security deposit of $750.
